Appointments:
* Appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday 12:00pm - 7:00pm
* Sunday appointments and house calls available for additional fee
* First appointments are 2 hours for $160, and include initial consultation, in-depth medical intake and a full treatment.
* All follow up appointments are one hour. The fee is $90.00

* To make an appointment for a phone consultation please contact me by e-mail giving dates and times that you are available. I will e-mail you with some available time slots. We will then confirm an appointment time for you to call me.
* Phone consultation rates are $100.00 an hour, $50.00 1/2 hour, $25.00 1/4 hour or part there of.
