*Appointment hours are noon to 8:00 p.m. monday through Friday.
* Weekend appointments and house calls are available for an additional fee
* For first appointments please allow 1-1/2 to 2 hours. We need this time for our initial consultation and to take a medical history. This is the ground work for all future appointments. In addition a treatment will be given. The fee for this visit is $150.00
* For follow up appointments please allow one hour. The fee is $85.00.

* To make an appointment for a phone consultation please contact me by e-mail giving dates and times that you are available. I will e-mail you with some available time slots. We will then confirm an appointment time for you to call me.
* Phone consultation rates are $100.00 an hour, $50.00 1/2 hour, $25.00 1/4 hour or part there of.

Past Lives
